Infectious diseases- Development of easy –to– execute protocols for disease diagnosis.

Medical Genetics – Understanding the Role of genetics, immunity, and inflammation for non –communicable diseases.

Health informatics and GIS modelling for assessing - Environmental pollutants, water pollution and its influence on cardio-respiratory diseases.

Maternal and Child Health research to promote comprehensive well-being of mother  and ways to prevent childhood infections.

Ethnomedicine & Tribal Health Care -  Meeting the requirements of pharmaceutical industries and organizations engaged in the development of herbal drugs /traditional medicine. document the herbal medicinal practices and the medicinal plants of the region to protect the heritage.

Health Technology - Development of m-health apps to provide comprehensive health services and telemedicine services of translational research.
