Whilst it’s not the vision many of us had for HE in 2025 and beyond - I believe we have to look at it as a creative opportunity to change our out-of-date practices. I believe the future of HE belongs to organisations willing to rethink how capacity is built, how support is delivered, and how people are treated in the process.
