Tuition fees for more than 19,000 Palestinian students will be cut by 75 per cent this semester under a Unesco project funded by the Saudi Committee for the Relief of the Palestinian People. The waiver accounts for $6 million (Pounds 3.4 billion) of the total $15.1 million grant.
