Delegations will find attached the draft "Terms of Reference for a mandate of a COST Domain Committee" taking account of changes consequent to the new COST Domain Structure as approved by the CSO at its 163rd meeting on 23/24 November 20051.
The document will be examined by the JAF Group at its meeting on 15/16 February 2006.
Comments, if any, should be sent to the Secretariat by 10 February 2006 at the latest.
After examination at the said meeting, the JAF Group is invited to submit the draft document to the 164th CSO meeting on 29/30 March 2006 for approval.
