We are particularly interested in applicants who can contribute to our teaching and research in different areas of International Business, including international management, cross-cultural management and global strategy. Applicants with specific expertise related to digitalisation and technology are particularly welcome to apply. We are also looking for candidate who have demonstrated academic leadership capability – either related to research capacity building and/or strategic leadership at the department level (i.e., heads or deputy heads of departments or schools). Deliver transformative student experiences by combining local and global knowledge and perspectives and join our supportive research environment with generous internal contestable funding, conference funding and support for external grant applications. You'll teach across programmes as assigned by the Head of Department, particularly in the new Master of Global Business. You will also contribute to programme and course development, including in areas related to curriculum (re-) development and assessment design. The selection criteria sought are:  1. Qualification: A PhD in International Business/International Management/Global Strategy, or a related field. 2. Teaching and Learning: Substantial undergraduate and postgraduate teaching experience in International Business, including course and assessment design, delivery, and coordination. Ability to engage with students in innovative and engaging ways. Ability to contribute to curriculum innovation and the development of high-quality course content. Ability to design and deliver innovative assessment. Proven ability to attract and supervise postgraduate research students. Experience in executive education and teaching taught master’s programmes to international students is desirable. 3. Research and Scholarship: Extensive experience leading International Business research, with a strong publication record in top-tier journals (A or A* in the ABDC journal ranking or ABS3 and above in the CABS ranking). Established international research networks and demonstrated potential or experience securing external research funding. Proven ability to build and sustain collaborative research partnerships across academia and industry. Editorial board membership and/or experience as an editor, guest editor or conference track chair. 4. Citizenship and Service: Demonstrated academic leadership and service – either internally or externally. Experience engaging internationally with industry, government, and community stakeholders to translate and apply research. Proven ability to communicate research to non-academic audiences, including through media engagement. Part time position – 0.6FTE Fixed term until 31/12/2030 Position based at Melbourne (Bundoora) Salary level B from $114,855 plus 17% superannuation About the position The Clinical Liaison Academic - International Student Support (Nursing and Midwifery) will support activities in the Health Professions Clinical Education Unit (HPCEU) with a particular focus on strategies to ensure quality international student professional experience placement. The role will involve working closely with key university stakeholders, clinical academic coordinators, subject coordinators and students, along with participating in related scholarship activities in facilitating quality pre- and post-placement learning and teaching for onshore international students. Duties will include but not be limited to:  Provision of information and limited pastoral care, and referral to LTU services and external agencies as appropriate to onshore international students, with respect to matters such as adjustment, homesickness, family problems, academic progress, health and finance. Co-ordination and linking into existing LTU and other community stakeholders’ engagement programs that address international student social inclusion and cultural connection needs. Develop and deliver activities that equip international students with practical communication, documentation and active listening skills that are tailored to health service environments. Work collaboratively with Clinical Academic Coordinators, Placement Partnering and Operations team, and subject coordinators to ensure international students are optimally prepared for professional experience placement. Skills and Experience To be considered for this position, you will have: Registered or eligible to register as a Registered Nurse and/or registered midwife with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). SCHOOL OF VETERINARY SCIENCE About the role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi The School of Veterinary Science, Massey University, is seeking applicants for a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Veterinary Microbiology and Public Health within the Pathobiology and Infectious Disease group. This is an ongoing, full-time position based on the Manawatū campus in Palmerston North. This role involves contributing to teaching, research, and service within the School, supporting undergraduate and postgraduate education across a range of delivery modes. You will assist in the design and delivery of courses, assessments, and learning resources, while engaging with students through lectures, tutorials, laboratories, and workshops. Alongside teaching, you will actively participate in research in areas such as veterinary bacteriology, public health, and antimicrobial resistance. This includes developing projects, securing funding, publishing findings, and supervising postgraduate students. The position also supports diagnostic microbiology services, contributes to academic administration and professional development, and engages with the wider community and stakeholders. A strong commitment to collaboration, ethical practice, and health and safety is essential. About you | Mōu Veterinary professional degree (e.g. BVSc, DVM, VMD) from an AVMA-accredited school or one recognised by the New Zealand Veterinary Council to enable full registration in New Zealand as a veterinarian. Advanced research degree (e.g. PhD) in veterinary bacteriology, antimicrobial resistance, or public health. ACVM/ECVM board certified or board eligible would be advantageous. Experience in clinical bacteriology is essential. Experience in veterinary teaching and postgraduate training in clinical bacteriology or public health is desirable. Research experience in veterinary bacteriology, antimicrobial resistance, or public health is desirable.     Knowledge of New Zealand's animal production systems and disease systems is desirable.
