This degree equips you with the knowledge and practical skills associated with providing strength and conditioning programmes across a range of sports from amateur to professional level. Core areas of study include physiology, psychology and biomechanics as well as specialist modules in strength and conditioning, exploring the design, delivery and evaluation of practical conditioning drills and sessions. Work placements allow valuable experience to be gained and opportunities for vocational skills development within professional environments. Alongside this you will have the opportunity to complete related exercise industry qualifications, enhancing your CV and allowing you to deliver resistance and circuit training sessions. Your studies will take place in our modern Sports Science laboratories and at our brand new 57 acre Sports Park.
