Human Nutrition

This Association for Nutrition accredited course will provide you with a broad programme of not only knowledge, but practical and transferable skills needed by a modern nutritionist in today's job market. We will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the discipline, from farm to fork, from mouth to metabolism, and from personal health to public health. The course gives theoretical and practical insights firmly based in the real world, exploring key issues such as the consequences of inadequate and unbalance nutrient supply, how our nutritional requirements change with age, gender and health status, the political perspectives of nutrition, the practical skills required in the food industry, and how to design and carry out successful research in both the lab and the outside world. We are a friendly, supportive and progressive course - why not come to see if Worcester is right for you?
