Business Psychology

**A good business needs good people. Business psychology helps organisations release the power in their people by uncovering what drives them to perform, develop and excel.** At Worcester you will learn to mix management and psychological principles, exploring how to build brands whilst developing a winning team. Organisations are complex structures, with multiple and sometimes competing needs.
