The course offers a balance of theory and application, teaching you to solve practical and theoretical data-related problems arising in areas such as bioinformatics, sociology, economics and finance. You will also acquire skills in analytical thinking, mathematical and statistical modelling, data acquisition, analysis and interpretation, which are highly valued by employers in many sectors.
