At the same time, you'll also be able to learn a new language, Arabic. Arabic can only be taken at beginner level or post-GCSE level maximum. You will develop your linguistic skills by taking a language module in in each year you are at Warwick. By the end of the course you will be expected to reach B2 standard (CEFR) in Arabic (this approximates to A Level). You can spend your year abroad either in a French-speaking country for the whole year, or you can split your time between a French-speaking country and an Arabic-speaking country (subject to the approval of exchange partners). You can go abroad either in year 2 or 3 of your degree.
