This extended course will set you on track for a managerial position in an exciting and growing industry. According to the Office for National Statistics (ONS), the tourism industry provided a third of all new jobs created in the UK between 2010 and 2013. You will focus on practical industry knowledge and experiences to prepare you for your management career in tourism. Field trips will take you to New York, Paris, Barcelona and many top UK tourism hot spots. Previous tourism students have taken up year-long internships in locations such as Chicago, Austin and Miami, giving them an edge in a competitive jobs market.
