History and Human Resource Management

Human Resource Management deals with the ways in which people are managed in the workplace. Study areas such as recruitment and selection, training and developing, rewards, diversity and managing conflict at work. The Department of Human Resource Management is an accredited centre for teaching HRM. Opportunity to study in Europe, North America for one or two semesters.
