Nursing Adult and Mental Health BN (Dual Field)

Positively impact the lives of adults, and service users experiencing mental health issues by challenging healthcare policy, championing patient voice and delivering exceptional care. Ranked 10th in the world and 3rd amongst UK universities for nursing (QS World Rankings by Subject 2017), our research-informed teaching will help you become an accountable practitioner who applies their values and experiences to the needs of their patients. On this dual-field, full-time four year degree you will undertake eight placements totalling to 3067 hours of clinical practice, working alongside qualified health professionals, to give you a real-life insight into your future career. Combining this with our values-based teaching, you will be equipped to lead care across a variety of settings. Upon finishing your degree you will be eligible to two professional registrations with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (the body that regulates the UK profession).
