It is available for EU and international students who wish to learn about British culture, society and the English language, with advanced English as the first language. In addition, you will study a second European language, which you can start from scratch. You will study the history and politics of European integration, with a particular focus on political, legal and economic structures and major themes related to society, ideology and culture. Teaching and learning is supported by three research centres, Transnational Studies, Global Englishes and Applied Language Research.
