The University of South Wales’ LLB (Hons) Legal Practice (Exempting) degree has been officially validated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and is the only one of its kind in England and Wales. If you want to be a solicitor, this is a great way to combine the academic and professional parts of your training.
This unique law course combines an undergraduate law degree (LLB) with the requirements of the Legal Practice Course (LPC) over three years instead of the usual four. When you graduate, you’ll be ready to enter a law firm as a trainee solicitor without undertaking a separate LPC. You’ll study alongside students on the LLB (Hons) Law course in the first year. The professional element is spread over years two and three.
