You will explore the significant and emerging themes and challenges faced by business in a global setting, as well as the fundamental strategies behind managing an organisation. The different elements of a business, including human resources, organisational behaviour and culture, operations, finance and accounting, ethics and management are also studied, equipping you with a strong knowledge base to draw on. Modules in the second year look at the areas of finance, marketing management and business strategy with some modules involving experts from industry to share their expertise and experience. In you final year we offer you a range of optional modules to choose from; this enables you to sculpt the degree so that it reflects your own interests. A variety of teaching methods are used throughout the degree including lectures, group projects and interactive classroom lessons.
