SKILLS AND EXPERIENCED GAINED Complete a one-year compulsory placement working in a hospitality role, either in the UK or overseas, gaining frontline experience of an aspect of the industry that interests you. Previous students have gained invaluable experience and contacts through their placements at the likes of Red Carnation Hotels, Disney and Hilton Hotels. There is also the opportunity to study a foreign language, options include French, German, Italian, Spanish or Mandarin.
