SKILLS AND EXPERIENCED GAINED Complete a one-year compulsory placement working in a hospitality role, either in the UK or overseas, gaining frontline experience of an aspect of the industry that interests you. Previous students have spent a year with the likes of Disney and Hilton Hotels. You'll have the chance to put your skills to the test by delving into 'live' case studies based in hospitality organisations. There is also the opportunity to study a foreign language, options include French, German, Italian, Spanish or Mandarin.
