Opportunities are available to carry out major project work in the final year in well equipped labs, with possible industry supervision. AFTER THE COURSE You can expect to go on to research through higher degrees or to be employed in positions requiring well-developed mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills. The skills the degree engenders are in high demand across a range of employment types from financial modelling and aerospace development to climate change modelling.
