You can now apply to study for the University of Nottingham's BMBS degree, based in Lincoln. The University of Lincoln’s inspiring, waterfront campus is right in the heart of the friendly and vibrant city of Lincoln. Join our well established medicine course that offers innovative teaching and early interaction with patients, ensuring you learn from practical experience. We train tomorrow’s doctors on a vibrant undergraduate medical course with a unique integrated BMedSci (Bachelor of Medical Science) degree. At Lincoln you will learn anatomy through hands-on experience using pro-section in our brand new facilities. Clinical practice is an important element of your medical education. We work with NHS Trusts and general practices across Lincolnshire to help you gain excellent general practice and secondary care experience. It is essential you gain clinical experience in a range of settings so you are prepared with the transferable skills needed for when you qualify. It is also advantageous to experience working in hospitals of different sizes and in different locations so that you have contact with varied patient populations. Many of our academics are clinicians, using their expertise to provide cutting edge specialised treatment to NHS patients, reflecting that patients are at the heart of all we do. This course is open to UK, EU and International students.
