Economics

You can tailor your module choice to graduate with either a BA or BSc. This course covers microeconomics, macroeconomics, mathematics and statistics and builds competencies in a wide range of techniques and skills sought after by employers. You can apply to spend part of your second year at the University’s campuses in China and Malaysia or in locations such as Australia, Canada and Japan. The School of Economics is a recognised global leader in its field. It is situated on the beautiful University Park Campus in the Sir Clive Granger Building, which is named after the 2003 Nobel Prize winner for economic science, who spent more than 20 years studying and working at the University.
