Archaeology and History of Art

You will gain a solid foundation of understanding in both archaeology and history of art, allowing you increased flexibility in module choice as the course progresses. You will be taught by academic staff, who are world-leading experts in their field. Your academic study will be put into practice in order to deepen your understanding of the two disciplines. We have outstanding facilities on campus to further facilitate your learning such as our on-campus museum, the Djanogly Art Gallery, our archaeology laboratories, and the Digital Humanities Centre. Archaeology and History of Art as disciplines can take you around the world, and our staff encourage you to join them on their fieldwork and research projects across the globe.
