This course is specifically designed for holders of a business related, Higher National Diploma (HND), Foundation degree (or equivalent level 5 qualification), to develop their existing knowledge of Human Resource Management. The award allows you to gain a full honours degree in one year. The course comprises of six compulsory modules, which reflect the different specialisms within the HR profession. The modules include: Strategic Human Resource Management, Developing Cross Cultural Capability, Employee Relations, Developing People, and Change Management. You will also undertake a research project, working independently upon a HR related research topic of your choice.
