Politics and International Relations with a year in continental Europe

This very popular programme offered by the School of Politics and International Relations combines all the strengths of our three-year BA degree in Politics and International Relations with the unique opportunity to spend a year in continental Europe at a partner institution. You spend your first and second years at Kent, go abroad to your chosen country in your third year and return to Kent to complete your course in the final year. You are taught in English throughout meaning you can take advantage of the Year Abroad experience without having to learn the language of the country where you intend to study. The opportunity to carry out a work placement, rather than a year of study at a partner institution is also available and placements can be arranged by the School's Internships and Placements officer. Our partner institutions on this programme include Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic; the University of Tampere in Finland, the University of Oslo in Norway.
