Fine Art Practice Foundation Degree - University of Hertfordshire

The two year full time programme in Fine Art Practice involves the pursuit of visual languages and imagery that have meaning and significance for the artist. The students will investigate areas such as drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, digital applications, film, performance, textiles and photography, and have the opportunity to develop their own ideas through appropriate projects. Students who follow this pathway have the opportunity to develop their own work as an independent practitioner and are regularly given the chance to exhibit their work in various places.This course provides a stand-alone qualification with the opportunity to progress onto either the second or final year of a BA/BSc honours top-up course at the University of Hertfordshire, if you want to, and you won’t need to apply through UCAS again. Progression is dependent on your results.
