Applied Animal Behavioural Science and Welfare (top-up)

The programme is designed for students who wish to pursue careers in the diverse industries of animal behaviour and animal welfare. The programme makes full use of state of the art purpose built animal facilities that have animal welfare and species specific behavioural needs embedded into their design. This enables students to develop the required practical and theoretical skills required for a successful future career. The programme is aimed at students who have an active interest in the welfare of animals in captive situations and who wish to develop these interests into a professional career. Individuals who have an interest in the study of animal behaviour in a range of settings as well as human psychology are encouraged to apply.
