International Relations with Quantitative Methods (SocSci) - University of Glasgow

INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS: - International relations is the study of how states and national societies interact across borders, especially in the areas of political, military, economic and cultural relations. Glasgow has a growing reputation for its research and teaching in the field of international relations. We are particularly well known for our work in the area of global security and conflict. You will be taught by leading academics who are experts in this field. The School of Social & Political Sciences is an important part of the University and home to a vibrant community of dynamic, innovative, and engaged staff and students. QUANTITATIVE METHODS: - The University of Glasgow’s Q-Step Centre offers programmes which develop your quantitative skills, or in other words, your ability to handle data and use numerical evidence. Developing quantitative skills and your confidence in using them will really enhance your insight and understanding of the key issues you encounter in your chosen field of study.
