LLB LAW (COMMON LAW): - Law is the study of rules and principles of conduct decreed by legislative authority, derived from court decisions and established by local custom. You will have the opportunity to participate in one of our many placements: for example, with the Citizens Advice Bureau, a human rights centre, a law centre or the Scottish Parliament. ITALIAN: - Studying Italian opens up the language and culture of a major EU country that has played a key role in Europe's political and artistic development. Glasgow has a long tradition of teaching in Italian studies, supported by excellent library resources in the subject. You will be taught in small groups, mostly by native speakers of Italian, giving you the opportunity to develop a high level of fluency in written and spoken Italian.
