Community Sports Management (West Ham United Foundation) - University of East London

This course has replaced the FdSc Applied Community Sport degree, effective for September 2019 start. You can study on this foundation degree for two years and choose to top-up one year to a full degree on our BSc Sport Coaching and Performance (West Ham United Foundation) or BSc Sport, P.E. and Development. At UEL, we are extremely proud of our alliance with West Ham United, one of England’s most celebrated Premier League football clubs. UEL and West Ham United are committed to making a positive difference to our east London community making this degree a flagship course for us and West Ham United. They have been dedicated to providing opportunities for local young people for many years, which makes us natural partners. So between us, we’ve devised an innovative way of giving our community, who might have believed university life wasn’t for them, the chance to discover that they really can fulfil their potential in higher education. As a result, you can enjoy the benefits of working closely with West Ham United Foundation staff on their community projects and programmes, as well as improving your academic understanding at UEL. Since launching the course in 2015, the degree has become hugely popular and produced high calibre graduates who are currently working within West Ham United Foundation or continuing their academic studies on our BSc Sports degrees.
