Your first year will provide a great all-round business education, giving you a solid grounding in marketing and other business theories, issues and disciplines before you specialise in your final two years. You’ll learn how products and services are produced, marketed and sold, how people and resources are managed and the impact of the business and financial environment, including legislation and globalisation. The course has a strong emphasis on preparing you for the world of work, so you’ll benefit from skills and enterprise workshops and we’ll help you to find work experience. If you choose the placement year option, your third year will be spent working for a company, adding valuable practical experience to your growing academic knowledge.
