Prepare for a career designing and implementing computerised systems in a business environment. Or learn to become a manager with a full knowledge of the potential of information systems. On this course you will study a combination of subjects in computing, information systems and business through modules taught by both the School of Computing Sciences and Norwich Business School. The course has a customised first year that develops your basic skills in business and information systems. In your second and final years you can choose the balance between computing and business that best suits your interests and career goals. In your final year you will also complete a substantial individually supervised research project. On graduation you will be highly sought after and ready for a career in IT, management consultancy, programming or business analysis. Enhance your studies with a year in industry and spend your third year gaining valuable work experience in a field related to your degree before returning to UEA to complete your final year.
