Discover the technical knowledge and communication skills that could set you on the path to being a financial director or even a CEO. This degree, offered by Norwich Business School (NBS), will prepare you to work in the heart of businesses and the decisions they make. You will learn how to influence the future of the businesses you’ll work in, coming up with new ideas and strategies costing them, and presenting them in compelling ways. This is the day-to-day business of the management accountant, and you’ll get first-hand experience of it on this course. Accounting and management is a common route to the top of business, so if you have ambitions to go all the way, and if you don’t just love working with numbers but also with people, this degree is ideal. You don’t need to have studied business before to thrive on this degree. You just need to be diligent, accurate, numerate and a keen communicator. **Overview** On the BSc Accounting and Management you will gain the skills essential to working at the centre of a business’s decision-making, influencing its future direction. Your degree will prepare you for a successful career as a management accountant or financial director.
