UNSW Sydney

An exciting discipline involving the creation of interior spaces that enhance the quality of life of those using them. In designing shops, museums, courthouses, theatre sets or other interiors, designers use creative judgement and visual sensitivity as well as carefully resolving the practical aspects of a project. Interior & Environmental Design at the University of Dundee’s Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design is an exciting spatial programme which operates at the creative intersections of design, architecture, art and societal need. New ways of experiences space are emerging and how we dwell, work and play is undergoing profound change as people, spaces and technologies merge. Our programme will help you explore personal responses to these issues. You will develop spatial thinking through materials, objects and place-making projects and international design contexts.
