Our Sports Centre includes a main hall, fitness gym with strength and conditioning area, studios, squash and badminton courts, an internal climbing wall, sprint track, changing rooms, treatment rooms and a café. It complements our facilities such as floodlit all-weather pitches and tennis courts. **HOW YOU'RE ASSESSED** - You will be assessed through a variety of assignments, including the analysis of coaching, written essays, exams, laboratory-based work, practical work, presentations, and reports. **STUDY OPTIONS** - You could ‘top up’ your qualification to a full honours degree with just another year of study – by progressing straight to the final year of our BA (Hons) Sport Coaching and Development. - If you don't want to study at Foundation Level, you could study our three-year BA (Hons) Sport Coaching and Development course. **YOUR CAREER** - Our Foundation Degree equips you with the knowledge and skills which allow you to work in a variety of environments. Specific sport coaching knowledge and skills will prepare you for employment within local communities’ including working for schools, sports clubs and local authorities.
