It gives you a thorough grasp of how policing and investigations work.** **Why choose this course?** Drawing on criminology, forensics and sociology, you’ll become familiar with all aspects of the criminal investigation process. This includes skills in evidence gathering and investigative interviewing, inspired by a teaching team made up of former police officers, detectives and criminal investigators. **Is this course for you?** BA (Hons) Policing and Investigations is all about your employability. You’ll gain investigative work experience and explore real-world case studies to help you take theories and policies from the classroom into practice. **How you will learn** We offer a stimulating mix of lectures, tutorials and role play, using the University’s first-rate crime scene house and courtroom facilities.
