You can also select modules spanning everything from murder and psychopathy to cybercrime and hate crime. **How you will learn** Link complex criminology theories to the day-to-day demands of working practice. Build skills in interviewing, negotiation, decision-making and research. See how cases are taken from crime scene to courtroom in our exceptional real-world learning facilities. **Opportunities and experiences** Your studies are enriched by visits to courts, prisons and youth offender training centres. Our students have joined mock murder hunts, contributed to hate crime scrutiny panels, and investigated miscarriages of justice. Some have been as far afield as Los Angeles and San Francisco, gaining insights into US correction facilities and gang prevention projects. **Careers and employability** BSc (Hons) Criminology graduates progress to wide-ranging roles in the police, Crown Prosecution Service, courts, probation and prison services, youth offending teams and various law enforcement agencies.
