German and Natural Hazard Management - University of Chester

Our Natural Hazard Management (NHM) course presents you with opportunities to gain practical (field/laboratory) experience of hazard assessment in British and overseas settings, and to develop the ability to apply geospatial mapping technologies (e.g. Geographical Information Systems (GIS), Global Positioning Systems (GPS) and Remote Sensing (RS)) to evaluate/manage risks posed by natural hazards. German: During this course, you will develop your language skills to a very high level, and develop a knowledge and understanding of Germany and its neighbouring countries.
