Teaching takes place at Parkgate Road campus. Geographers at Chester are as likely to be analysing earth surface materials or studying cultural interpretations of landscape, as to be using Geographical Information Systems (GIS) to plan a market research campaign or map the carbon footprint of a rural community. All this ensures you will develop the skills needed by a wide range of employers. By the end of the course you will have had the opportunity to develop your language skills to a very high level as well as studied a range of cultural and historical contexts. You will also have had the chance to undertake exciting placements in Spain and or Latin America, to gain invaluable employment skills and knowledge of current affairs.
