Events Management and Film Studies

Events management is a dynamic industry and this Combined Honours degree allows study with another subject such as Advertising, Digital Photography, and other Media subjects. Warrington hosts a number of events annually, including Creamfields festival. Our staff have experience of managing events, and we are members of the Association for Events Management Education. Film Studies: You will learn about the popularity and power of film and its importance across a variety of contexts. Your studies will enhance your understanding of film and film practices, while also developing critical and analytical thinking skills. Across all three levels of the degree, you will study the historical, social, aesthetic, industrial and economic pressures that have shaped film into a popular global cultural form. Teaching takes place at the Warrington Campus.
