Economics and Chinese

Teaching takes place at the Parkgate Road Campus. Our Economics degree is run by a very experienced Department of Social and Political Science. It reinforces the vision of economics as a major social science that influences others, and considers the different contexts and fields that Economics is related to. As this is a dynamic course, it is continuously evolving, and through participatory activities and use of the latest technologies it will help to enhance your employability. Studying Chinese at the University of Chester offers you the unique opportunity to undertake two placements as part of your degree, allowing you to split your study experience between the UK and China. Your first placement will be for six to 12 weeks at the end of Year 2, and the second placement will be a full academic year in China. By the end of the course you may have made friends for life from across the world.
