By the end of the Chinese course you will have had the opportunity to develop all your language skills to a very high level, as well as studying a range of cultural and historical contexts. You will have had the chance to undertake exciting placements in China and to gain invaluable knowledge and experience of contemporary China. International Development Studies (IDS) will help you to understand the dominating influences on all aspects of 21st-century life.
