Business Management with Human Resource Management and placement year - University of Brighton

Our four-year Business Management with Human Resource Management and Placement Year BSc(Hons) follows the same first year as the three-year Business Management with Human Resource Management degree but also gives you the opportunity to graduate with a year’s paid work experience in industry and a Chartered Management Institute Diploma in Management and Leadership. You will address core business topics in addition to organisational behaviour, managing and developing people and cross-cultural working. Human resource management options include employee recruitment, leadership, employee relations and organisational change. All of our business degrees share the same first year, offering you the flexibility to change your final degree title. At the end of your first year you can choose to continue with a Business Management with Human Resource Management and Placement Year BSc(Hons), or to choose one of the other specialisms: Business Management with Placement Year BSc(Hons) Business Management with Economics and Placement Year BSc(Hons) Business Management with Finance and Placement Year BSc(Hons) Business Management with Marketing and Placement Year BSc(Hons). All students will graduate with two qualifications – a BSc(Hons) and a CMI Diploma in Management and Leadership, and can take a year-long, salaried placement working with some of the biggest names in commerce and industry. **Don’t meet these entry requirements?** The University of Brighton Business Management BSc(Hons) with integrated foundation year provides an extra year of study at foundation level for students who do not hold the academic qualifications or experience required for entry to this course. Successful completion of the foundation year enables you to progress onto year 1 of this degree.
