Course details: This four-year integrated master’s course features the same first three years as the BA (Hons) Computer Animation and Visual Effects degree, with an additional year that focuses on advanced visual effects techniques. You gain an all-round knowledge of all areas of animation and visual effects, using industry-standard software such as Maya, Mudbox and Nuke. Topics include: compositing, 2D and 3D animation, 3D modelling, texturing, lighting and rendering, concept design and storyboarding, visual effects, professional portfolio development, character sculpting and rigging, visual development and short film creation.
