Sports Strength and Conditioning (two-year accelerated) - Staffordshire University

If you're interested in the physical, physiological and biomechanical development of sports performers and teams, and you want to work at the highest level of performance sport, this two-year accelerated course is ideal for you. The course will prepare you to work as a strength and conditioning coach within high level sports. You’ll gain an honours degree - with the same skills as a typical three-year course - in just two years. This means you’ll reduce the overall cost of gaining your degree and be ready to enter employment or postgraduate study in less time. You’ll get to use our bespoke strength and conditioning facility, our £1 million biomechanics facility and our comprehensive physiology labs. Our close links with industry will give you plenty of choice for your work placement module.
