The course will prepare you for careers in newspapers, magazines and websites, social media, blogging or copywriting. You could work in a wide range of journalism and media-related fields, including news, sport or other specialist reporting. You could also go into subediting or design, or you could work in PR, broadcasting and communications. You’ll study shorthand and media law alongside news and feature writing, gaining the perfect platform for your journalism career. And you’ll develop key multimedia skills including digital and social media, audio and video editing, camera work and photojournalism. On successful completion of study, we will issue the following award: BA (Hons) Journalism
