Acting for Stage and Screen - Staffordshire University

Our Acting for Stage and Screen degree combines practical workshops and theory to explore drama, theatre, and screen history as well as theatre production. This degree creates skilled actors with the ability to work across the performance mediums of stage and screen. You'll also get to explore other areas such as directing and writing. Key features: 22nd in the Guardian Subject League Tables 2019 Our lecturers have worked as actors and directors at the BBC, ITV, National Theatre, National Tours and various regional repertory theatres across the UK Strong working links with local, regional and national theatres and arts organisations for placements. Regular guest lecturers, directors and practitioners from the industry. Industry-standard technical facilities for theatre productions. Optional showcase every year in Manchester. Theatre visits to London, Stratford-upon-Avon, Switzerland and New York. On successful completion of study, we will issue the following award: BA (Hons) Acting for Stage and Screen
