Economics and Burmese - SOAS University of London

This programme provides a thorough grounding in economic theory and analysis as well as good knowledge of econometrics and quantitative techniques, alongside the opportunity to pursue interests and to develop expertise in the economics of developing countries as well as the economics of particular regions. Burmese is related to Tibetan and is an important language in the study of Theravada Buddhism as well as many other fields of cultural and social-scientific work.
