You learn how the food industry operates from both a manufacturer and retailer perspective and gain the skills needed to work in this fast moving and competitive industry. The course is based on the final year of our BSc (Honours) Food Marketing Management and it allows you to top up your current qualifications to honours degree level. Gain expertise in food marketing, business management and food product design and development. Learn how to identify market niches and work with marketing teams and food technologists to develop products that satisfy consumer needs.
