You learn the methods and techniques that cutting-edge companies are looking for. You spend one year working in a computing business under academic supervision. You learn from internationally leading academics in their research areas and interact with software professionals at the cutting-edge of information technology. This degree has been accredited by the British Computer Society (BCS), the Chartered Institute for IT. This entitles you to professional membership of the BCS, which is an important part of the criteria for achieving Chartered IT Professional (CITP) status.
