The BA (Hons) Liberal Studies (English) constitutes an in-depth examination of the history of English Literature from the medieval period, through the Renaissance, Enlightenment and Romantic eras up to the present day. Lectures and seminars will give you contextual knowledge to help you comprehend and enjoy the works being studied. You will also develop the art of presenting your interpretations to fellow students.
